Oreo Cupcakes!

Have you ever wanted to make these??

You start with:

Chocolate Cake mix

One Bag of Mini Oreos

Sugar

One block of cream cheese

One Egg

 

Directions:

 Mix chocolate cake mix

Blend block of cream cheese, two cups of sugar and one egg. Beat until creamy. See below

Put cupcake liners into your cupcake pan. Fill 1/3 of the way with chocolate cake mix.

Layer one teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on top of the chocolate cake batter. See below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Place one mini oreo on top of cream cheese mixture

 

 

Put 1/3 of the chocolate cake mix on top of the layered cream cheese and cookies, smooth over so they are completely covered. See below:












Bake as directed. Cakes will come out looking like Below. Let sit for one HOUR. Cakes need to be cool before icing.

 

Add Cool Whip for icing and place one or two mini oreos as a garnish! Serve and be happy!
